Changes to Bill Notification Options for My Account Users

Customers who are registered to SaskEnergy's online service, My Account, and receive a monthly paper bill will automatically transition to paperless billing on March 4, 2020 and will no longer receive a monthly bill by postal mail. You will be sent an email notification when your bill is ready to view. For your convenience, your bill amount is included as part of your email notification.

If you would like to continue receiving a paper bill, sign into My Account after the March 4th transition and change your bill notification preference through ‘Edit My Profile’ – ‘Account Manager’ – ‘Edit Account Options’.
